Special 25th Anniversary Screening of Jurassic Park

In addition to the previously announced festival schedule, the Phoenix Film Festival is excited to announce our slate of Bonus Movies. The Bonus Movies screening group is made up of three special film presentations that have just been added to our slate. All three films in this slate will be screening on Saturday, April 14th.

Leading off the Bonus Movies line-up is a Special 25th Anniversary Screening of Jurassic Park

About the film: In director Steven Spielberg's three-time Academy Award®-winning blockbuster Jurassic Park, paleontologists Alan Grant (Sam Neill) and Ellie Sattler (Laura Dern) and mathematician Ian Malcolm (Jeff Goldblum) are among a select group chosen to tour an island theme park populated by dinosaurs created from prehistoric DNA. While the parks mastermind, billionaire John Hammond (Richard Attenborough), assures everyone that the facility is safe, they find out otherwise when various ferocious predators break free and go on the hunt.
The groundbreaking epic that launched one of the most popular series in cinema history stars Neill, Dern, Goldblum, Samuel L. Jackson and Attenborough. Originally released in theaters on June 11, 1993, Jurassic Park is based on the novel by Michael Crichton and produced by Kathleen Kennedy and Gerald R. Molen.
