TARA BROOKS
There is a line where the dark fuses with the light, the surreal with the sublime, the graceful with the powerful; it is within this line that Tara Brooks has carved out her truly distinct sounds. Whether playing an intimate club, an underground warehouse, festival or a sunrise deep in the Burning Man Playa, Tara's music envelopes the crowd, stirring them with deep grooves, hypnotic & trippy rhythms, acidy, soulful, techno & haunting melodies.Tara was struck by the power of the music & the loving vibe of the scene. Learning on vinyl in 2007, she shares many styles, always focused on the journey. Tara has played some of the most respected venues, including BPM Festival (Mexico), Katerblau (Berlin) Sisyphos (Berlin), Blue Marlin (Ibiza) Acid Sundays (Ibiza), The Brooklyn Mirage (New York), Flash (DC) DNSOF (Miami), Lightning in a Bottle, Sound (Los Angeles), PublicWorks (SF) and of course a little place she calls home -Burning Man.
When not touring, you can find her locked in the studio. Rather than focusing on genre or style, Tara is sonically inspired by personal experience and connection with her environment. Always striving to translate a specific feeling or moment, Tara creates a sound that is all her own: Compelling, sophisticated, haunting and healing, piercing your heart and invigorating your soul.Whether it's through production or playing, Tara's continued passion for sharing her music knows no bounds. Shes a resident for Desert Hearts and Subtract Music & performed alongside legend John Digweed, NYE at Output (NY). Shes starting 2018 off right with Rainbow Serpent Festival (AUS), then back for her 3rd year of Envision Festival (Costa Rica). With her original productions, remixes, & podcasts set for release on Kindisch, Exotic Refreshment, Deep House Amsterdam, Electronic Groove, Einmusiks Ibiza Global Radio, & When We Dip, the future is filled with the light for Tara as she continues to do what she loves her way and always from the heart.

DERRICK DEEP
A skilled producer, enthralling DJ, and avid enthusiast of music, art & spirituality, Derrick has been a Uniting Souls resident DJ & event curator & producer since 2006. His flawless mixing style & passionate sets move thousands of dancers at the dozens of events which he is invited to perform year after year, including his long-running Diggin' Deep residency (every last Saturday at the Monkey Loft) & area festivals like Cascadia and Hempfest.
GRIFFINGRRL
GriffinGrrl is the new DJ alias of Emily Griffin, intent on amplifying the fierce beauty of this moment and aligning forces with the Seattle community who inspired her through major recent life shifts. After a long hiatus from behind the decks, beloved artist friends called her back to step up and let it flow. While she's not content to rest on her past accomplishments, with her 20+ years of experience as a catalyst and champion of dance music culture, shes earned her veteran status. Baptized by blacklight in the early 90s Los Angeles rave scene, she then came up as Ms.E - a radio host, club promoter and DJ at the epicenter of San Franciscos jungle/drum & bass movement. Her passion for positive, music-driven media fueled her collaborative involvement in all aspects of the business - from XLR8R Magazine to Xbox Entertainment, vinyl and digital record labels, film & TV sync licensing and countless events Stateside and beyond. Whether shes busting out the chunky tech house vibes, bassy beats or that lush "mellow fiyah that will melt your heart, youll feel Emilys optimism radiating in her sets. Shes here to inspire you to stand tall and move forward. Bless!
RAMIRO
The global electronic music scene has grown and changed tremendously since 1997, when Ramiro first founded Uniting Souls, the event production company & record label now internationally regarded as a West Coast house music institution.
Over the past two decades, Ramiro has received lots of love from the community, producing & performing at over 600 events in the Pacific Northwest, the SF Bay Area & beyond - including club nights, underground warehouse parties, outdoor & boat parties, and area festivals like Cascadia, Photosynthesis, Hempfest, and SEAF (Seattle Erotic Art Festival), working with & performing alongside the greats of house & techno - from Doc Martin, Mark Farina, DJ Heather, Miguel Migs, Jimpster, and Derrick Carter to Sasha, Audion, Claude von Stroke, Justin Martin, CatzNDogz, and Robert Babicz..
Ramiro also co-produced & performed at the legendary Magnetic/Kinetic event series at the Pacific Science Center, and the annual Future Funk showcases & boat parties at Seattles globally-acclaimed Decibel Festival.
Since its launch in 2004, Ramiro has also spearheaded the Seattle-based Uniting Souls Music record label through several chart-topping releases, with annual sales in over 70 countries, and licensing agreements with some of the industry's top labels & services, including Toolroom (UK), Balance (Australia), Exotic Refreshment (Poland), NordicTrax (Canada), and Om Records (SF).
One thing which has remained constant is Ramiro's mission & vision for Uniting Souls to build community through creative expression & art-focused gatherings, with heart-centered spaces where all feel welcome.
Through his DJ sets, Ramiro aims to raise the vibrational frequencies to inspire connection & celebrate the beauty & emotion of lifes every moment. A seasoned veteran behind the decks, Ramiros affinity & ability to connect with the dance floor is widely evident during his sets & enjoyed by thousands of dancers year after year. His current residency, Diggin Deep, is the longest-running monthly in Seattle, and the highest-performing night at Seattles much-loved Monkey Loft. Home is where the heart is.
