SING, BIBI, SING!
Producers John Lant and Tamra Pica with Write Act Repertory are pleased to present the West Coast premiere of Elise Arndts award-winning one-woman show SING BIBI SING! The Untold Tales of Bibi Osterwald. Opening at Write Act Repertorys home, the Brickhouse Theatre opening March 30th, 2018 for seven performances, after a sold out run in New York.

SING, BIBI, SING! - Chronicles the untold tales of Bibi Osterwald, veteran actress of stage and screen. As the renowned standby for Hello Dolly, Bibi worked with some of the biggest names in the biz and bequeathed her legacy for her granddaughter to carry on. Elise cracks open Bibis songbook and weave together their two stories to celebrate the triumphs and trials forging a career in the musical arts. Tonights musical lineup spotlights popular jazz standards, go-to staples from Bibis nightclub act, and of course, some Broadway medleys.

The musical is written by and stars Elise Arndt, the granddaughter of the late Bibi Osterwald. The show is directed by Christine OGrady, (HAIR, tick, tickBOOM!), with musical direction by Doug Peck and The Doug Peck Trio. (Winner: six Joseph Jefferson Awards for his musical direction, two After Dark Awards, The Guy Adkins Award, and the Sarah Siddons Award).
