Come discover the natural high of using your breath and voice as a healing vibration.

This is playshop for people of ALL LEVELS of experience.

Each upcoming YogaVox class will incorporate a theme from yoga philosophy that enriches the depth of our practice.

The group practice of mind-body-breath-awareness and vibrational presence will be conducted in a fun, supportive atmosphere. Yoga of Voice participants often feel more embodied, more playful, a calm natural high, emotional release, deeper clarity, increased sense of confidence, more grounded and connected
