the Elusive Cow and Darkness Brewing Beer Dinner
We've teamed up with a local Chef for an evening of food and drink at the Elusive Cow in Bellevue.
Owner and Chef Jim Fisher will unveil four original recipes using Darkness Brewing beer. Served in four unique courses, the dishes will each be paired with a pour of our beer. Co-Founders of Darkness Brewing, Eric and Ron, will be on hand to talk all things beer with the Chef all things food.
Come join us for a fun, filling, and informational evening celebrating two things we love, food and beer.
