An Evening with Buddy Wakefield
Can you believe that KPS is turning 25?? In celebration of this, we are bringing slam poetry legend Buddy Wakefield to town! We will be having this event in Barley's in Maryville, the first time KPS has ever held an event in Maryville!
Doors open at 6. Due to time constraints we will be DRAWING participants for our shortened open mic. For a guaranteed spot on the open mic, our top contestants from our March poetry slam - https://www.facebook.com/events/1662205043863371/ will get a guaranteed spot on our the open mic list.
After the show, I.N.K., the hosts of Knoxville Poetry Slam, are inviting everyone downstairs for a post-show dinner! Please join them!
