First course
Little gem salad with haricot vert, champagne dressing, tarragon and Comte
cheese

Second course
Asparagus soup with toasted hazelnuts, creme fraiche and sorrel

Third course
Fennel roasted pork loin with parsnip purée, baby carrots, wild mushrooms
and balsamic

Dessert
Vanilla Panna cotta with marinated strawberries and basil

Our Guest Chef Dinner Series provides an opportunity for students to work with highly acclaimed industry chefs and are held periodically throughout the school year. These fundraising dinners take place in the Shorewood Culinary Arts classroom and dining room. Money raised at these events fund Culinary Arts education, including the purchase of new kitchen equipment, teaching materials, field trips, student Chef coats and garden supplies.
