Re-Launch of Michael O'Leary's Breathing Under Dirt - Lower Shore Performing Arts Company Fundraiser
HEAL - HOPE - LOVE Event Unites Healing and Arts May 12 at Ward Museum

a celebration of healing through theater arts
Expected sell-out event to mingle with world renowned Director Larry Moss, Playwright Michael O'Leary and cast in stage reading of Breathing Under Dirt
Now accepting auction items and sponsorship commitments
SALISBURY, MD, February 12, 2018  The Lower Shore Performing Arts Company will present HEAL - HOPE - LOVE, a celebration of healing through theater arts, on May 12, 2018 at The Ward Museum. The evening's special feature is a stage reading of recently relaunched Breathing Under Dirt, an award-winning play by Michael O'Leary. In a stage reading, audiences experience a dramatic reading of the work and become a unique part of the development process of the play. Special guests include the play's director, Larry Moss, http://larrymoss.org/, internationally acclaimed director, author, and acting coach to such renowned actors as Leonardo DiCaprio, Helen Hunt, and Hilary Swank.
Guests will experience the healing power of theater and the arts to transform, inspire and reenergize us toward healing, health and wholeness. Playwright Michael O'Leary said, "The LSPAC has been our home away from home as we have developed this play and we are overjoyed to return to the warmth and hospitality of Maryland's Eastern Shore. Ernest Hemingway really captured the essence of Breathing Under Dirt when he said "The world breaks everyone and some are stronger in their broken place".  Breathing Under Dirt teaches us that the only path to restore our souls and truly live again is through forgiveness."
The event will include:
 Breathing Under Dirt stage reading
Silent & live auction of cast curated memorabilia
Gallery viewing of works of acclaimed artist Patrick Henry
Raffle for a special cast curated item (tickets included with full event package)
Meet and Greet mingle with the actors
Post-performance Q&A with Director Larry Moss and cast

The Emmy award-winning and nominated cast consists of Guiding Light actors Michael O'Leary, Grant Aleksander, Tina Sloan, Beth Chamberlin, and Yvonna Kopacz Wright. The cast includes Mike Rush from NYC and LSPAC actors Robert Forester, Alana Troxell and Meredith Taylor.
Tickets are available as a full event package for $60. Tickets to attend the reading only are $40. Both are available for purchase at the Ward Museum.
NEW MOTHER'S DAY GIFT PACKAGE: 2 TICKETS FULL EVENT PLUS GIFT BAG FOR MOM $90 !!
