Our Whitehaven Sauvignon Blanc embodies the quintessential
Marlborough style full-flavored and medium-bodied with notes of peach, gooseberry and ripe tropical fruit. Showcasing a brilliant straw color, this elegant wine refreshes the palate with a long, clean finish.

Our Laguna Chardonnay features delicate flavors of crisp apple,
ripe pear and juicy tangerine, framed by notes of quince and Asian spice. Well-balanced and rich with just a hint of creaminess, this Chardonnay has an expressive mouthfeel and a layered, lingering finish.

A rich blend of Sonoma and Lake County fruit, our Ghost Pines Red Blend offers a full body with enviable mouth-filling structure. Blackberry and plum flavors reign supreme with some subtle raspberry, new leather, brown sugar and cocoa flavors that wrap around a smooth mid-palate full of velvety texture and depth. On the long finish, youll find suggestions of toasty oak and pepper framed by firm tannins.

Cab - Traditional de-stemming and fermentation temperatures between 88F> and 92F encouraged the development of rich fruit characteristics and a plush, full mouthfeel. The careful selection of French and American oak added sweetness and complexity with layers of vanilla, mocha and espresso. Average time on oak was 16 months. Touches of Merlot, Petite Sirah and Cabernet Franc enhance the wines roundness and depth. Blending occurred two months before bottling to allow the blend to harmonize.
