Shang Forbes Comedy Show
Unlike most stand-ups, Shang Forbes began his comedy career on a dare, taking a friend up on a wager that he wouldn't take the stage during an open mike night. Fifty bucks richer, Forbes found himself bitten by the comedy bug, quickly becoming an underground favorite known for his edgy, avant-garde, socio-political sense of humor. In the years since, fans have been able to see Forbes on HBO's Def Comedy Jam, BET's ComicView, NBC's Comedy Showcase, Comedy Central, MTV and more. Catch Shang Forbes live on the stage of Tommy T's Comedy Club in Rancho Cordova.
