The New Jersey Bar Association Entertainment, Arts & Sports Law Section is excited to bring you a panel of legal experts in the field of independent film making. Spend the afternoon learning the ins and outs of the legal requirements to ensure a filmmaker does not undermine the sale of his or her film, from acquiring rights, drafting contracts, work for hire agreements, permits, when you can use products or materials on screen, to post production rights clearances.
