Valentines at the Vude. A Celebration of Food, Love and Life with Chef Tiberio Simone
Love is in the air and we have created the most unusual, sensual, romantic valentines in all of Seattle! The night is for both couples and singles with treats in store for all.
February 14th, is right around the corner, and whether you have already found your valentine or you're still searching, we want to help you make this Valentine's Day one you'll never forget.
Award winning chef, author and artist, Tiberio Simone (www.lafigaproject.com) is taking over The VUDE (www.thevude.com) for Valentine's Day. If you've already found your special someone, this will be an opportunity to bring you and your Valentine a night to remember.
Singles worry not, as this celebration of love, food and art will be the perfect opportunity to find love as well, as we will have tables specifically for Singles to Mingle! Tiberio will provide you with a sumptuous 10 course meal, paired with wines from Hand of God Vineyards. With love in the air, there is no better way to create an unforgettable Valentine's Day then with Chef Tiberio Simone in the intimate VUDE space.
Born in Neviano, a small town in Southern Italy, chef-author and cultural provocateur Tiberio Simone grew up cooking by the side of his mother and grandmother. The memory of these wonderful times, the aroma of the divine food and the noises of sizzling oil and pots and pans have stayed with him into his current career as caterer. Many of his specialties are rooted in the cooking of his region and of his two towns, Neviano and Seattle.
Love brought Chef Tiberio to Seattle where he joined the restaurant industry. In 1995, while pastry chef at the Four Seasons Hotel, Simone won a James Beard Award for one of his signature chocolate creations. Now the owner of La Figa Catering, Simone shares his love of food and sensuality by nourishing others with his culinary delights. He is also a popular and passionate speaker about his vision of a life made full through a diet of both food and sensual touch.
Fresh onto the North American market, you will also be among the first to enjoy Hand of God wines (www.handofgodwines.com ). The wine maker, Santiago Achával is the co-founder & winemaker for Hand of God Wines. Santiago fell in love with wines and winemaking during frequent visits to Napa Valley while receiving his MBA from Stanford. Achaval-Ferrer, his winery in Mendoza, boasts four of the five highest rated wines from Argentina (two 99's and three 98's), as awarded by Wine Spectator, and the highest rated Argentine wine to date by Robert Parker's The Wine Advocate.

NOTE: Tickets are for private purchase through Brown Paper Tickets. The price is all-inclusive, including gratuity and tax.
For legal reasons, this is a 'private event', not a 'public event', meaning that entrance is only allowed to Club members and you can't just walk in off the street.

Our tickets are non-refundable. You may transfer tickets to a friend, but no refunds will be issued.
