Folks with uteruses tend to sync up and menstruate in conjunction with the phases of the moon. That synchronicity was celebrated in times past. In this class, youll understand how to honor your own moon cycle by working with its emotional and energetic aspects and relating directly to the lunar cycle. Youll also learn tools to naturally improve your entire cycle from menstruation to ovulation, get a heads up on how to use menstrual cups, cloth pads, and sea sponges, as well as go home with herbs and knowledge about how to do pelvic steams.

Andrea Thomson has been a Licensed Massage Therapist for over 17 yrs, and teaching people how to chart their menstrual cycles since 2011. She recently taught about 75 women in Tanzania, Africa how to chart. The main focus of her practice in the last several years has been around fertility and external pelvic work.
