Oct 15 at the Casa P: phenomenal singer-songwriter Teresa Chandler

As usual, doors open at 6:30 for a full vegetarian feast (a gift from your host), and music starts at 7:30. The Casa is a private home: leave your shoes at the door but you may BYOB inside! Tickets are $25, limited, and likely to sell out in advance. 100% of sales goes to the artist.

We're flying Teresa Chandler in to play this concert because she's just THAT good. A singer/songwriter, comedienne, improviser, writer and actor, she was born in Hot Springs, Ark and grew up in Panama, Pakistan, East Africa and on the open seas. She plays folk, blues, country, rock and roll, and jazz, and she hits an extra beautiful stride in the blues. Her songs are sometimes funny, sometimes heartbreaking. Teresa has toured nationally and internationally as a solo performer and as a member of musical and theatrical groups. Now her favorite venues are smaller, intimate places where the audience sits close and leans in to share laughter and catch those sweet musical moments before they disappear into thin air.
