SPACE TO *RECLINE and RELAX*
Rafe + Zia will be using: their voices, crystal bowls, drums, gongs, rattles, and other instruments to create a soundbath of vibrations that shift the listener's body and consciousness into deep relaxation and restorative biological states.

People attend SoundSpa to RELAX, REJUVENATE, and to FEEL VIBRANT & REPLENISHED, to reduce the effects of stress and clear tension or blockages in the mind, body, emotions, spirit, and to deepen and activate new positive intentions. Participants recline on yoga mats and pillows to enjoy the multisensory experience.

Please bring water bottles, yoga mats, wear comfortable clothes and anything else you need to be comfortable on the lovely wood floors. This space has some yoga mats, blankets and cushions available if you don't have any, but not enough for the entire group! :)

Aromatherapy used at Soundspa is the finest, highest quality distilled real flower and plant essences, never synthetics, all organic. Energized and steeped in quartz crystals.
