The classic French macaron, not to be confused with the coconut macaroon, is a crisp yet chewy meringue cookie with a decadent cream filled center. In this class, you will learn the techniques to making the perfect macaron. We will make two varieties: dark-chocolate filled with chocolate ganache, and a pink macaron with a raspberry buttercream filling. These are a sure way to impress your friends and family the next time you make dessert!

This is a hands-on cooking class. Snacks will be served and a complimentary glass of wine will be offered to students 21 and over.
