Lovely pears, apples and quince are quintessentially autumn. Preserve these fall favorites to enjoy in the coming months or give as gifts for the holidays. Janet will give you techniques and recipes for ginger pear preserves; quince and apple sauce, and spicy apple chutney.

This cooking class combines hands-on practice with cooking demonstrations. Snacks will be served, and students will enjoy a generous taste of each recipe.
