The Employment Standards Code, which was last updated in 1988, is changing to fit our present-day workplaces. Old legislation will be modernized and minimum employment standards will now align with the rest of Canada's. To understand how these changes will impact you and your workplace, attend ALIGN information session.
The changes come into effect on January 1, 2018. Make sure you're in the know before these changes take place.
