Chicago Chinatown Chamber of Commerce 35th Annual Gala & 2017 Miss Friendship Ambassador Pageant
Join the Chicago Chinatown Chamber of Commerce as it celebrates its 35th Annual Gala & 2017 Miss Friendship Ambassador Pageant on Sunday, November 5th at the Hilton Chicago Grand Ballroom. This years theme Chicagos Chinatown: Empowering Beauty and Business exemplifies the Chambers mission to expand business opportunities and promote Chicagos Chinatown as a major tourist destination while recognizing beautiful and talented women who represent the Chinese heritage, culture and diversity of the neighborhood.
As the Chambers major fundraiser of the year, this event will bring together the largest gathering of Chinese and American business leaders in Chicago and Illinois, in addition to local dignitaries, government officials and community leaders. There will be valuable networking opportunities, a raffle draw for numerous prizes including $2,000 Cash, 18k White Gold, Diamond & Jade Ring, American Eagle Gold Coin, hotel stays at the Hilton Chicago and Waldorf Astoria Chicago and more! Raffle tickets will be available onsite at $5 each. Enjoy dressing up for a complimentary fun photo at the photo booth.
The highlight of the evening will be the 2017 Miss Friendship Ambassador Pageant emceed by ABC7 Chicagos Emmy Award winning news anchor Judy Hsu. Pageant contestants will be participating in evening gown, Chinese Qipao, swimsuit and talent competitions. Gala attendees will have the opportunity to submit their vote for Miss Photogenic during the evening.
