Lavender and Thyme Summer Cake Series
Summer is the time for fresh berries, bright flavor and beautiful colors, everything is at your finger tips, ripe and ready to bake with. This is my favorite season for cakes and fruit desserts and during our 3-hour hands-on class, well leach you how to make three different cake recipes, plus a couple of other deserts! We'll be making Lavender and Thymes delicious lemon almond cakes, a fantastic rum cake, a fluffy angel food cake and a perfect clafoutis, plus a gluten free cake to make your heart sing. All the perfect cakes to whip up and share with friends and family or take to a BBQ and impress.
We'll provide some sweet snacks for you to nibble on while you cook. All you need to bring is yourself and your own beverage beer, wine, kombucha, whatever you desire (or buy a drink when you get here). Encourage your friends to take the class with you for an extra good time! At the end of the night, you'll get to take home all the recipes, and the cake batters you made. Then make your own cake masterpieces at home.
