Arion's third season consists of three concerts presented by some of the finest chamber musicians in the New York area: Efi Hackmey (piano), Adrienne Kim (piano), Deborah Wong (violin), Emily Popham (violin), Elizabeth Anderson (cello), Käthe Jarka (cello), and our Music Director Robert La Rue (cello).
All concerts are at Christ and St. Stephen's Church (120 W. 69th St., NYC, between Broadway and Columbus).
* Friday November 17th, 2017 at 7:30 pm: Less familiar than the "Dumky", Dvorak's F Minor trio is his masterpiece in the genre. It is paired with Beethoven's sparkling, early G Major trio.
* Sunday March 4th, 2018 at 3:00 pm: The ground-breaking cello ensemble returns to Arion in a concert that will include transformations of Bach, Beethoven, Purcell, Schubert and Satie, and features the premiere of a new work, written specially for VC3, by Inessa Zaretsky.
* Friday April 27th, 2018 at 7:30 pm: The concluding program of our season features landmarks of the piano trio literature by two great 'originals': Charles Ives and Ludwig van Beethoven.
You are invited to subscribe to the entire series (3 concerts) for $75 at a discount from the price for individual concerts ($30 each). The ticket for the first concert will be issued at the time of purchase here; the remaining tickets are will-call and will be ready for you at the first concert All concerts are open seating.

* Sunday January 14th, 2018 at 3:00 pm: Recital of works for solo cello by Bach, Kodaly, Ysaÿe, Egon Wellesz and Joan Tower.
