As the leading nonprofit community resource in Fonfrede, CapraCare is passionate in making a difference and transforming the lives of 20,000 residents by addressing the specific health needs of the community. The 8th Anniversary solidifies CapraCares renewed dedication to continue their amazing work for the long-term.
