HOPS! 20th Annual Oktoberfest Party

The 20th Annual HOPS! Oktoberfest Party will take place on September 23rd, 2017 in the Bridgeport VFW Beer Garden and Hall located at 3202 S. May Street in the Bridgeport Neighborhood. You can expect to experience around 60 different craft and homebrewed beers. German food including but not limited to Brats & Pretzels will be prepared and served as well. See below for a constantly evolving menu and check back for updates!

All attendees must be 21 years of age.

Ticket Sales end at 1pm, September 23rd.

Event lasts from 2pm to 6pm.

You must have a ticket in hand to enter the event. Tickets were only made available via print-at-home and physically mailed tickets. We will be scanning tickets for entry. If you do not have a ticket, your entry may be delayed while ticketed attendees are scanned. Don't miss out on that special brew or tasty pig cheek because you weren't prepared!

No outside glassware is allowed. Your entry to the event guarantees you a brand new HOPS Oktoberfest themed 5-oz tasting glass. Any personal glassware will need to be left outside the building. That might mean a trash can. Don't lose your favorite stein to Streets and Sanitation! Leave it at home! Anyone found in possession of unapproved glassware will be asked to leave the event.

About HOPS!

Homebrewer's Pride of the Southside is a Chicago-based club for home brewers, with membership drawn from Chicago, surrounding suburbs, several additional states and a number of international locations. Our monthly meetings are held on the third Tuesday of the month.
