This time of year beautiful and flavorful local tomatoes are everywhere! Preserve the harvest for a taste of summer that lasts all year. Janet shares various techniques and recipes for canning fresh tomatoes for sauces, salsa and more.

This cooking class combines hands-on practice with cooking demonstrations. Snacks will be served, and students will enjoy a generous taste of each recipe.

Parking is available on the first level of the parking garage at 28th & S streets. After 6pm all levels of the garage are available.
