West Sac's Bike Dog Brewing Co. prides itself on its fresh and tasty brews that go great with summer barbecue. Chef Dio 'cues up a savory menu with each course paired with a different Bike Dog brew: grilled pepper salad with warm goat cheese and fresh herbs; kalua pulled pork sliders with ginger chili sauce and pickled onions; grilled spice-rubbed tri-tip with chargrilled tomato salsa and grilled corn on the cob, and grilled peaches and Milk Stout caramel sauce.

This is not a cooking class. This is a prix-fixe dinner featuring talented local chefs and artisans. A full meal is served, and tax, gratuity and beer pairings are included.
Cancellation Policy: Please call if you are unable to attend. No refunds with less than 48 hours notice. Prior to 48 hours before class: Credit Card Paying Customers can call Brown Paper Tickets at 1-800-838-3006 to cancel and get a refund or transfer to another class.
Parking is available on the first level of the parking garage at 28th & S streets. After 6pm all levels of the garage are available.
