Annual Summer Dancing to Live Music
Interactive Workshop with Rafi'ah & Meg York
Early bird price of $44 paid by July 16th.
$50 after the 16th or at the door if space available.
Registration link will be live by end of day.
We are always tweaking these highly revered workshops.
We have a new format, new exercises and materials, a nerdy section which explains music patterns with handouts, a dance journal..all to create a deeper understanding of how to embody, hear and express the music in new ways.
New addition:
Alternating improv with "specific dance combos" (taught by Rafi'ah)
A half hour dance jam at end of workshop. We will dance for each other. A chance to try out what was learned.
***Dance journal will be handed out in the workshop which will include nerdy dance and music notes, space for personal journaling, experiences and continuing studies.
