Let's face it: this world can be stressful and traumatizing. And right now we need resistance and resilience more than ever. Whether you're marching in the streets, dealing with everyday hostility, or scrolling through your facebook feed, you may feel sad, depleted, angry, anxious, or otherwise emotionally taxed. Join herbalist Missy Rohs as we discuss ways to use medicinal herbs to help us stay emotionally well and resilient. We'll taste teas and tinctures as we talk about each plant.

Missy Rohs is a community herbalist who loves indulgence. She co-directs the Arctos School of Herbal & Botanical Studies, where she teaches about medicinal plants, the magic of weeds, and more. She can also be found rabble-rousing, sipping cocktails, or hiking with friends.
