We're hosting a special new year's eve korean bbq dinner party!
Ring in this New Year's Eve at Namu Gaji! A delicious feast, spilling over with flavorful side dishes, hot stew, and sweet, succulent, binchotan charcoal-kissed grilled meats. The whole dining room will be yours as the Lee brothers and staff host an intimate night of all-you-can eat galbi, devil's gulch pork, smoked wagyu brisket, kimchee, and more family recipes! This event will be a unique mix of ssam, korean and american bbq.
This event is ticket-entry only, available exclusively on Brown Paper Tickets
First seating: 6pm-8:30pm
Second seating: 9pm-midnight
This year's multi-course menu includes:
- Tuna & halibut carpaccio, olio nuovo, perilla salt, yuzu, sweet pepper preserve
- "Mul Mandu" water dumplings
- KBBQ:
-wagyu galbi shortrib
-devils gulch smoked pork shoulder
-smoked wagyu brisket
-roast duck breast
-housemade sauces of ssam jang, fermented esplette, bold BBQ, california gold
- Local fish stew (chigae)
- Butter mochi, sweet burnt miso, dark chocolate, whipped cream
All you can eat Korean BBQ + soju! Food is served family style. Seating is communal on one long dinner table, dinner party style.
Ticket price includes food, soju, gratuity, surcharge and service charge; tax will be added at the end of your transaction

Why tickets instead of reservations?
Tickets allow us to guarantee your reservations and better understand how long you plan to be with us that night. By eliminating no-shows, requiring pre-payment, and varying the price by time and day we are able to create a predictable and steady flow of patrons allowing us to offer a great deal more than would otherwise be possible.
What does the ticket include?
your ticket is inclusive of our korean barbecue themed menu, soju, surcharge, and service charge. Please arrive within 15 minutes of your ticket time.
Can I purchase additional drinks on the night of the event?
guests can choose from our menu of wine, sake, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages on the night of the event. these beverages are NOT included in the ticket price and can be paid for at the end of the evening.
Why is a service charge added?
since we are not billing our patrons at the time of the dinner we are adding a 20% service charge at the time of purchase.
Can I get a refund once purchased? Can I exchange my ticket for a different night?
no. Just like a sporting event, concert, or theater ticket all sales are final. we will issue a gift certificate equal to ticket value pre-tax if cancelled at least 48 hours in advance
What should I do if I am running late?
if you are running late, please call us (415) 431-6268. If there is a delay of more than 15 minutes to the scheduled reservation time we reserve the right to amend your menu to fit into the 2 hour time frame. please also note that if you do not arrive within 15 minutes of your ticket time we may be unable to seat your party together, due to the restraints of the restaurant size.
Do you offer a vegetarian option?
unfortunately, no. this is a family style dinner featuring some of the bay area's finest meat purveyors. due to the nature of the menu, it is not possible for us to accommodate those with certain dietary restrictions.
What about allergies or other restrictions?
namu gaji strives to accommodate all of our guests. Please indicate your needs in the questionnaire when you confirm your ticket purchase and we will do our best to accommodate your desires.
Do you take walk-ins?
no. This event is ticket-entry only.
Is parking available?
if you are driving to namu gaji, please allow yourself extra time, as parking can be tricky at times. there is street parking or paid parking lots near by on Valencia. parking garages nearby:
Hoff St Garage at 42 Hoff St (between 17th St & 16th St)
Mission & Bartlett Garage at 90 Bartlett St (between 21st St & 22nd St)
Can I call for tickets?
namu gaji is offering tickets only via brown paper tickets website.
I have a party of 6--can I add additional guests to my party without purchasing tickets?
guests can purchase up to 6 tickets at a time via brown paper tickets. due to the nature of communal seating, we can only provide seating for the number of tickets purchased. any additional guests must purchase their own tickets at least 48 hours in advance of the event
