Modern Times Used Barrel Sale!

We just bottled and kegged a ridiculous amount of bourbon barrel-aged Devil's Teeth, and now we've got a ton of empty barrels on our hands. We figured that some of you might want to give them a good home.

Currently on offer are 100 used 53-gallon bourbon barrels, used once for aging our Devil's Teeth imperial stout. Note that if you plan to use them for aging homebrew, they may be prone to infection since they have already had beer in them once; sour/funky stuff is a safer bet, however.

These puppies are a smokin' deal at $60 a pop, and we'll be holding the pick-up event on Friday, 10/7 at our new warehouse. If you're wondering where that is, here's the address:

Friday will be the ONLY time and place for barrel pickup, so make sure you can make it if you're going to purchase one. We cannot hold barrels for folks to pick-up at other times, and we cannot make exceptions.

A couple notes:

-Again, Friday, October 7th from 12-7PM is THE ONLY TIME FOR BARREL PICKUP. Any barrels not picked up during the window will be refunded and will not be available for later pickup.

-Be sure to note the new address. This will not be at the Fermentorium like the last barrel pick-up.

-Barrels will be pre-designated, so you won't be able to select your own barrel.

-Make sure you have a vehicle large enough to accommodate a 53-gallon barrel.

-If you're going to use your barrel(s) for aging non-funky/sour beer, make sure you sanitize first!
