Alexander von Zemlinsky: Trio in D Minor, Op. 3
Max Bruch: Selections from Acht Stücke, Op. 83
Johannes Brahms: Trio in A minor, Op. 114
Efi Hackmey (piano) performs internationally as a soloist and chamber musician. Recent local appearance have included Bargemusic, the Kosciusko Foundation, the Friends of Mozart series, and the Arion Chamber Music series.
Vadim Lando (clarinet) has won top prizes in many international competitions and as soloist has performed with numerous orchestras in the U.S. and Canada. His recitals and chamber music concerts include performances at virtually every major performing landmark in New York City, in Israel, Armenia, Marthas Vineyard, Kazakhstan, Long Island, and Chicago.
Robert La Rue (cello) was first Prize winner of the prestigious National Society of Arts and Letters Cello Competition, whose jury chairman was Mstislav Rostropovich. A former member of the New England String Quartet and a current member of the New York CIty Opera Orchestra, he is the Music DIrector of the Arion Chamber Music series.
