Ronen offers himself a glass of wine, and he accepts. Then he gets into a passive aggressive argument with himself and ends up drinking alone. It's his own fault for pushing his buttons. Self-care is more elusive than it seems, especially when you're alone in a room, calling yourself an asshole.

Tension is escalating in the group, no one is using "I" statements. Amber, the A.I. avatar therapist intervenes: "I think it's time to return to our breath. Is everyone ready?" Jeremy thinks some breathing would be pretty great right about now. Marsha will do whatever Amber says because Amber never asks her to talk about her mother. Tony doesn't want to breathe . . . EVER. Amber won't be returning to her breath. She's an avatar, on a T.V. screen. And avatars, well, they can't breathe.

I'm standing naked in front of Helen Ludwig McGill's drawing group. Problem is, there is no drawing group. Just Helen and her cat named Ralph. At age 65, what in hell am I doing? I blame the red speedos!
