It's a great time to host a lovely cocktail party, with great food as part of the festivities! As a caterer, Terese knows how to entertain, and these recipes are from her repertoire of hits: deviled eggs with filet mignon and blue cheese; spicy scallop and shrimp cocktail; lightened up latkes with smoked salmon; spinach quinoa croquettes with pistachio pesto, and vegetable satay with hoisin peanut sauce.

This is a demonstration-style class. Students will enjoy a generous taste of each recipe, and a complimentary glass of wine will be offered to students 21 and over.
