Traditional medicine views the digestive system as the root of our health. Current science supports this concept, as we continue to understand the complex role of digestive bacteria on overall health. This class will highlight the link between digestive health and immunity and provide an introduction to building a healthy digestive system through herbs, diet and positive habits. The class will include lecture, hands-on activities, herbal recipes and the materials needed to make herbal preparations to take home.
