A Heartland Christmas by the Susquehanna Heartland Wine Trail

Remember grandmas homemade cookies at Christmas?
There was flour and sugar and eggs, and her kitchen
smelled so good. It was the one time of year that the
whole family would gather together and reminisce
about the good ol days.

A Heartland Christmas wants to celebrate those days
with a different cookie cutter and recipe from each of
the Susquehanna Heartland Wine Trail wineries.

Get a grapevine wreath and glass at your first winery
stop, along with a cookie cutter and recipe. The wreath
can hold all the cookie cutters on your journey, and
you will have some great cookie recipes for this holiday
season. Of course, there is some great wine to taste and
purchase along the way.

Tickets may be purchased at your local winery anytime or here on Brown Paper Tickets.

Tickets are $15 each which entitles you to a cookie cutter, wreath, and a SHWT souvenir wine glass.

Event is Nov 19-20, Nov 26-27, & Dec 3-4.

This is self guided wine tour. You can start at any of the participating wineries listed below during the 3-weekend event. Tickets are good for all 3 weekends. There are no buses or limos provided. Grab some friends and make it a great holiday season get-together.

Wineries participating are: Armstrong Valley, Benigna's Creek, Broad Mountain, Brookmere, Bucks Valley, Buddy Boy, Fero, Happy Valley, Juniata Valley, Mt. Nittany, Olivero's, Red Shale Ridge, Seven Mountains, Shade Mountain, Spyglass Ridge & Winery at Hunters Valley.
