KZFR Presents in Chico Hightower/Durst/Merry Standish Comedy Night
KZFR Chico welcomes back progressive columnist and commentator Jim Hightower to headline a night of political satire and commentary. Comedian Will Durst from San Francisco and local comic geniuses Merry Standish will also perform.
As Will says "its comedy for people who read or know someone who does."
This is a post convention pre-election look at the politics of the presidential race. On August 25th, it will be 75 days to the most important election of our lifetime. Yes. Again.
It's a benefit for community radio 90.1 KZFR.
Doors at 6:30pm
Show at 7:30pm
Jim Hightower will go on first, followed by Will Durst and Merry Standish.
Beer from Sierra Nevada, wine and drinks available.
