Breema Weekend Workshops

Breema (www.breema.com) is a simple and practical method to bring the body and mind together to live in the present moment. The objectives of Breema Bodywork and Self-Breema sequences are to bring harmony to our physical, mental and emotional states, to increase self-understanding and to provide tools to support us to be present and fully participate in our daily life.

Join certified Breema Instructors Derek Wright and Roxanne Caswell for this opportunity to experience Breema in Fresno, CA. Wear comfortable clothes and socks. CE 12 Hours. The Breema Center is approved to offer continuing education for massage practitioners and bodyworkers by the NCBTMB (#145251-00)
