We have a gloriously diverse selection of barrel-aged beer magic on offer for your purchasing pleasure: two red-wine barrel-aged, fruited, sour saisons; Monsters' Park Aged in Rye Barrels with NOLA-Style Coffee; and Monsters' Park Aged in Nicaraguan Rum Barrels. Our barrel program has been exponentially increasing in radness, and these are some of our most delicious beverages to date. This time around, we're also giving you the opportunity to snag some very attractive cardboard suitcases in which to encase your new treasures for a nominal fee.
The pick-up window will begin with the traditional release party on Thursday, July 7th at the Lomaland Fermentorium beginning at 12pm, so come by, grab your bottles and let's party! Details below:
MONSTERS' PARK AGED IN NICARAGUAN RUM BARRELS
This is Monsters Park, our hulking, cantankerous imperial stout, aged in fragrant, oaky Nicaraguan rum barrels. The barrel character is immediately evident on the nose and only grows more intense in the flavor. Notes of vanilla, caramel, and molasses meld with the huge roast character of Monsters Park to create a truly unique, incredibly rich experience. This beers complexity and aroma reach their peak when the beer is allowed to warm up to 50 degrees.

MONSTERS' PARK AGED IN RYE BARRELS WITH NOLA-STYLE COFFEE
Our house-roasted Black House Blend coffee, chicory, & vanilla transform this barrel-aged wonder into a beautiful melange of robust and earthy flavors crowned with a delightfully soft, creamy vanilla character.

DIAMOND AGE
This incredibly unique beer underwent months of mixed fermentation before we loaded it up with generous amounts of kiwis and blueberries, yielding a beautiful, deep-red saison with assertive aromas of dark fruit and a delightfully refreshing tropical acidity that rests softly on a meticulously restrained malt bill. Its an artfully choreographed ballet of tart, fruity complexity, and your lucky little taste buds have front row seats.

THERMOMETER ISLAND
This beer is a glorious convergence of a tart, red wine barrel-aged saison and a bevy of delicious, seasonal citrus. After fermentation with an all-star team of our house funky microflora, the beer was re-fermented on a bed of ripe, juicy Cara Cara and blood oranges. Both the saison and the fruit were at seriously optimal points in their respective timelines when they came together, and the results are a ridiculously tasty celebration of perfect timing.

BOTTLE PURCHASE DETAILS:
Starting Wednesday, 6/29/2016 at 10am for League members and Wednesday, 7/6/2016 at 10am for the general public, you will be able to purchase tickets good for up to 2 bottles of Diamond Age, 2 bottles of Thermometer Island, 2 bottles of Monsters' Park Aged in Nicaraguan Rum Barrels, and 2 bottles of Monsters' Park Aged in Rye Barrels with NOLA-Style Coffee. The general public will be able to pick-up bottles at the Lomaland Fermentorium tasting room during the period from 12pm on Thursday, 7/7/2016, until 10pm on Thursday, 9/1/2016. League members will have until Thursday, 9/29/2016 to pick up their bottles. Unfortunately, no exceptions can be made to either the bottle limit, nor the pick-up window and PROXIES ARE NOT ALLOWED. You cannot pick-up your bottles at the North Park Flavordome. **Any bottles not retrieved by Thursday, 9/1/2016 (Thursday, 9/29/2016 for League members) will be surrendered back to the brewery (NO exceptions).** Please read the additional details below for further information on proxies and bottle pickup names.
RELEASE PARTY:
Your tickets admit you to a release party on 7/7/2016 at the Lomaland Fermentorium tasting room starting at 12pm. This will be the easiest and most fun day to pick-up your bottles. We will have some cool stuff on-tap, and it'll be a damn good time. If you've been meaning to visit us to buy some of our super rad glassware, a couple bags of our awesome house roasted coffee, and a shirt or two, this is the time to do it.
ADDITIONAL DETAILS:
In order to pick-up your bottles, you will need to show your valid photo ID; it must be your ID and the name MUST match the name on the credit card of the ticket buyer (i.e. only you can pick up your bottles; no proxies). Any sales that attempt to work around the bottle limit will be voided. Only purchase bottles if you are 100% positive you can personally pick-up your bottles within the pick-up window; any bottles not picked up before Thursday, 9/1/2016 (Thursday, 9/29/2016 for League members) will be surrendered back to Modern Times Beer.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES:
Please note that we will not issue refunds, exchanges, or returns. All sales are final.
SHIPPING:
We will not ship the bottles. Bottles must be retrieved at the Lomaland Fermentorium tasting room during regular tasting room hours between 12pm on 7/7/2016 and 10pm on Thursday, 9/1/2016 (Thursday, 9/29/2016 for League members).
