Adding more seafood to the diet is recommended for almost anyone looking to maintain a healthy weight and fuel fitness. Certified fitness nutritionist Mayumi shares some tasty seafood recipes and the reasons why these gifts from the sea are so good for us: shrimp and avocado cocktail with spicy lime vinaigrette; mussels with white wine and garlic; whole trout en papillote, and lemon and paprika grilled sardines with seasonal vegetables.
