Named One of the Top 5 Supper Clubs in Los Angeles by LA Weekly, Sterlings Upstairs first opened its doors on June 9, 2006 at Vitello's in Studio City, CA. Mr. Sterling not only founded and dedicated the venue to the memory of his longtime friend and mentor, but fulfilled a promise between them to keep the music of Broadway and the Great American Songbook alive and (singing) well in a supper club somewhere in Los Angeles for future generations to enjoy.

Having outgrown its original home in early 2012, Sterling's relocated April 1 of that same year to the Federal Bar and Restaurant Restaurant in the heart of North Hollywood's ever booming NoHo Arts District.

Since that time, Sterlings has proudly presented over 700 shows featuring more than 850 performers between the two venues; and continues to be a beacon for such Broadway stars as John Lloyd Young, Faith Prince, Ramin Karimloo, Cortes Alexander with Liza Minnelli and Allison Janney, and a host of other high profile artists.

Dubbed LAs Cabaret Destination by the Los Angeles Times, Sterlings Upstairs remains the most critically acclaimed club of its kind in Southern California.

Please note that the dinner and/or drink seating for this event begins at 5:30 pm; followed by the performance from 7:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
