Very excited to announce the long awaited album release show for the latest Brendan Boogie & the Broken Gates album Last Words! Its happening Saturday May 14 at the Lizard Lounge in Cambridge and will feature Abbie Barrett and the debut of Pale Monsters!
Brendan Boogie is a Boston-based rock and roller. Over several years and multiple albums, Brendan has crossed genres and asserted himself as one of New England's best working songwriters. With his latest venture (The Broken Gates), Boogie redefines himself again.
Joining the bill is the fabulous Abbie Barrett who won a Boston Music Award for Singer-Songwriter of the Year last year.
Pale Monsters: Inspired by art rock of the past, such as David Bowie, Radiohead and Nick Cave, Pale Monsters attempts to occupy a space that is both bright and dark, but still rock and roll. The Boston-based independent rock band is a creative project started by singer/guitarist Chris Mulvey.
