We are very proud to present a an interactive presentation with Dr. Paul Kindstedt. For his first Barnyard session, Dr. Kindstedt will be discussing Survival, Prosperity and Meaning: Glimpses into 10,000 years of cheese and humanity. The presentation will be broken up into a series of modules, each lasting about 15 min. To try and keep things a bit more interactive, after each module we will open it up to Q&A. The presentation will run for approximately three hours with a cocktail hour following immediately there after. We consider this man a living legend in the cheese world. Only 35 tickets available. must be 21 years old to enter the barnyard.
