PCSF Spring 2016 24-Hour Play Festival

The Playwrights' Center of San Francisco's 24-Hour Play Festival is the ultimate in deadline-driven, pressure-cooker creative theater! See eight world-premiere short plays created in only 24 hours!

How it works: Eight lucky playwrights, randomly drawn from a list of interested PCSF members, will be randomly paired with a director and actors and given a theme on which to write. The next day, these brand new plays will be rehearsed, then fully staged that night. From inception to production all in 24 hours!

Everyone involved in 24-Hour Fest donates their time to support the Playwrights' Center of San Francisco and to put on one heck of a high-energy show for one night only twice a year.
