Mildred Pierce's Diner

Our Mildred Pierce, Los Angeles restaurant history day begins with lunch at "Mildred Pierce's Diner" in the Egyptian Theatre Courtyard.

The lunch will be served to lunch ticket buyers from 12:30 PM to approximately 1:40 PM. A lunch ticket does NOT include the lecture or the movie. Information about purchase of those tickets can be found on the Egyptian Theatre website.

Drinks will be available for purchase at the event (no pre-sales)

Fried chicken and pie (just like Mildred used to make) will be for sale starting at 12:30 PM at the Egyptian Theatre. Diners will be able to choose from crispy light or dark meat fried chicken and a choice of mashed potatoes or mac 'n cheese from Alex Peyton Events and an assortment of pies from the Nickel Diner! Sodas, coffee, lemonade and of course, milk will also be sold.

Light or Dark meat fried chicken with choice of one side (Mac 'n Cheese or Mashed Potatoes) and a biscuit. A vegetarian option (a generous portion of Mac 'n Cheese and Mashed Potatoes and biscuit) will be available for $12 as well.

Mini Pop-Tart (Strawberry or Blueberry) choice of 2.

You will have an opportunity to indicate your pie choice and/or meat type choice during the course of your purchase.
