JURASSIC PARK POP-UP NYC

The Jurassic period in geology is named after a strata of limestone in the Jura mountains. Thus, without Jura, or its wine, we would never have had the gift to humanity that was Jurassic Park. It is important that we take a moment to celebrate this fact -- like Saturday, April 23rd at 10:00pm.

Unleash your inner dinosaur (or Dr. Ian Malcolm...) and come enjoy an open bar celebrating the depth and breadth of Jura wine's diverse production: Sparkling, white, red, oxidized, non-oxidized, sweet, etc... Crémant du Jura, Macvin, Arbois, l'Étoile, Côtes du Jura, Vin Jaune, Château Chalon from some of its best producers: Tissot, Ganevat, Château d'Arlay, Didier Grappe, Domaine de la Pinte, Lucien Aviet, Gahier, Bornard, Puffeney, O.v.e.r.n.o.y.?? And many more!!

Passed ROAR-d'oeuvres including Comte Dino fangs & Poulet au Vin Jaune (dinosaurs love their chicken...) will be making their rounds.

There will be a photobooth to commemorate all of the great moments and costumes.

There will be a "Give Us Your Best Jeff Goldblum" booth set-up with a magnum of Jura wine being awarded to the winner with the most votes! A roaming Trivia Geologist asking questions and handing out prizes!
