In the Co-ops Kids & Teens in the Kitchen classes, Chef Rose teaches young chefs aged 10-16 how to use essential techniques and the best quality ingredients to create unforgettable dishes. Students work together to create a lunch for everyone to enjoy.
This class is all about pizza - which is even more fun when you make it yourself! We will work together to shape and build pizzas, practice with homemade dough and create pizzas with different sauces and toppings, inspired by the regional pizzas of Italy.
