Improvisation can be used offstage to help us be more open to new ideas, quiet the judgmental mind, better manage setbacks and challenges, listen more effectively and respond with more ease. The Alexander Technique is an educational process that teaches ease of movement, reduces stress and anxiety and creates a mindset of open alertness. This workshop mixes improv and Alexander Technique to offer you personal growth through easy-to-learn improv and Alexander principles  as we explore ease in both body and mind.

Come play with Pam and Christine as they blend improv and the Alexander Technique and serve up a smoothie of a personal growth workshop open to one and all.

Please wear clothes that are good for movement - no jeans.
