Russian spies, vintage airliners, sexy stewardesses, dashing agents, 60s style cocktails, and a delicious four course meal await those who wish "To Savor Tomorrow". Cafe Nordo, Seattle's renowned food theatre artists - announce a fast paced comedy of international intrigue in the style of the classic James Bond films. "To Savor Tomorrow" opens in April in Pioneer Square at Nordo's Culinarium - which will be transformed into the comfy retro cabin of a Boeing 707 Stratocruiser where global superpowers will fight over the food of the 21st century.

"Passengers" will enjoy a flight of cocktails paired with four courses of modernist international cuisine inspired by the food of 50 years ago - all reimagined with the finest ingredients and the magic of molecular gastronomy. First class passengers will receive a flight of craft cocktails specially concocted to accompany the food and story. Standard passageners will see the show and receive dinner, drinks will be available to order prior to, and during the show.

As award-winning composer Annastasia Workman channels the music of Henry Mancini, the audience follow the trails of 3 spies as they scheme to steal the secrets of genetic modification. A fun and immersive food theatre experience unlike anything else in Seattle, "To Savor Tomorrow" is the perfect event to take a date to, bring a group to, or just fly solo.

Question :	Do you offer pescatarian or vegetarian substitutes for dinner?
Réponse :	Yes, at the end of your purchase you should be asked which you would prefer, we have vegetarian, pescatarian, and gluten free options.

Question :	Is it possible to get a pork substitution?
Réponse :	Just ask your stewardess for the vegetarian broth. It's delicious.

Question :	We have a party of about 6 coming. Do we need to buy our tickets together, or is there a way to reserve a table for the group?
Réponse :	Email Concierge@cafenordo.com with the names of the people in your party. We can usually accommodate at the door, but it's helpful for us to know in advance! Thank you!

Question :	We have someone that eats meat, but not fish. Will she be able to get a fish free option?
Réponse :	Absolutely. Tell your stewardess and we will leave the smoked salmon off the blini, the crab off the soup, and give you the vegetarian broth.

Question :	We would prefer wine to the flight of cocktails, is that possible?
Réponse :	We have a lovely wine list available. Simply buy tickets without the flight and order by the glass or bottle from your stewardess.
