2017 Jan - May Tours of Tovrea Castle at Carraro Heights

The historic Tovrea Castle at Carraro Heights was opened for public tours by the Tovrea Carraro Society on March 10, 2012.

Set aside at least 2 hours to explore the Castle's main floor and basement, extensive grounds and cactus gardens surrounding the Castle.

You are greeted by Tovrea Carraro Society volunteers at the Visitor Center and taken through the Carraro Cactus Gardens on a tram with a docent. The tour winds through the beautiful 44 acres, viewing the outer buildings, before arriving at Tovrea Castle.

This tour is not recommended for children under 12, however, they are certainly welcome. Every 2 children, 12 and under, must be accompanied by 1 adult; i.e. 4 children, 2 adults

This is a rain or shine, cold or hot tour; guests are advised to wear appropriate clothing for the weather.

The tour is ADA accessible; please let us know that you are bringing a wheelchair or walker. We cannot accommodate MOTORIZED assistive devices (wheelchairs, scooters, etc). Other Special arrangements should be made at least 2 weeks prior to your tour date and time.

Please be aware that there are no tour refunds within 72 hours of your selected tour date. Tour refunds are for every ticket you have purchased e.g. 6 tickets purchased on same credit card, cannot refund only 2 tickets, but all 6!

All refunds must be requested from and approved by Tovrea Carraro Society; Brown Paper Tickets will refer you back to us to authorize your refund. You may call us at 602/256.3221 or email us at tours@tovreacarrarosociety.org to request a refund. Remember, this must be at least 72 hours before your tour.

We are unable to make exchanges between dates.

Question :	Is it possible to view the dates that are not sold out as opposed to looking date by date for Tovrea Castle tours?
Réponse :	Depending on your browser, most show available dates as dark black and sold out dates as greyed out. The first available date will usually show up in the drop down box. However, all tickets for this time frame are sold out.

Question :	Are there any dates available for the Tovrea Castle tour? I will book any date at any time
Réponse :	There are no tours available through May, however we have evening tours in June and the Fall of 2017 tickets are available to purchase, as well.

Question :	we are planing trip to this area next week and I see tours for this time are sold out. Can we still visit the Castle?
Réponse :	The site may only be seen with a tour guide. So, no, since tickets arebsold out.

Question :	How can we purchase tickets for Fall 2017?
Réponse :	Fall tickets for Tovrea Castle were released in December of 2016 and are found t http://www.brownpapertickets.com/event/2711891 However, there are very few tickets left.
