COTE Mixer and Presentation: Water Regulations and the True Value of Water
New legislative measures are being taken to counter the effects of the severe drought impacting California. This seminar will instruct architects on new water use restrictions and how design of the built environment is key to the success of water restrictive usage.
Learning Objectives:
-Attendees will learn about the new restriction and related penalties
-Attendees will learn how to design for the reuse of water
-Attendees will learn how to design for the capture of runoff and storm water
-Attendees will learn how to design for less use of water in building systems, site, and infrastructure
