Through the creative use of various mediums including theater, poetry, songs and art, Time and Judgement narrates the tribulations and successes of people of African descent in and out of Africa. With extensive footage and critical political analysis of leaders such as Maurice Bishop, Marcus Garvey, Haile Selassie, Jesse Jackson, Kwame Ture (Stokely Carmichael), Louis Farrakhan among others, the viewer is provided with an overview of four hundred years of the African Liberation Movement.
